you can always set the light strait on the rim of the tank diagonally till your foot gets there.. just be careful not to bump the protruding side when you walk by.

I am with medi on this one.. you can very easily drill a half full tank. just make sure your pumps and or skimmer is off.

I have a fish/critter trap a friend gave me it is 3" in diameter and about 10" long. there is a screw on cap on one end for the bait with tiny holes to get the scent into the catch chamber. on the other end is a sliding trap door that you trigger with fishing line. it is completely clear plastic. i will post a pic tomorrow. anyway it is available for anyone on here to use provided you don't give me the "I'm going to steal your **** vibe." PM me if you need it. it will send a message to my phone instantly, in the unlikely event i am not on here browsing already. CHeers!
