    How long after feeding would you wait to test phosphate?

      5 minutes? Pellets and flakes I'd guess take a while to show up and the liquid off frozen food should mix in pretty quickly and then it's at least hours before the fish process what they've eaten.

      I don't really know Kim but I say just wait for the next day.

      I'd say of you feed at the same time every day, test before feeding.
