    Bought a LTA at the dome on Saturday...it looks healthy, but not wanting to attach. I build a fort of rocks around it to keep it from turning over, and turned off my power heads....Do they like rocks or sand? any advice?

      Your rock fort is the right idea. It will take a while though, so leave at least one powerhead on and fix him if he tries to roll away.

      The chance of contracting a pest accidentally at some point during the life of the tank is roughly equal to the chance of getting one in initial live rock. There are ways of dealing with pests without a teardown...

    Fed the tanks tonite. Claude the zebra moray got too excited and came out of the tank like a scud missile. Eels are hard to pick up off the floor. Animated snot, with teeth.
