Paul, I work down by where you live and can pick up tomorrow anything you are wanting someone to salvage.  I have a 180g tank that is well established.  You can text me at 512-565-4299 if you want me to come by and grab stuff.

    thanks, mike

  2. Has anyone ordered online from PetSolutions? What was your experience with them?

i've ordered several items from them, including the deepblue aquatics frag tank Im using. good prices, fast shipping. The weird thing is, the tracking numbers seem to get updated slower than the delivery of the package!

Belinda and I ordered from them. Great service.

I've ordered from them as well. Drs. Foster and Smith and Petsolutions are usually $1-2 off in price from eachother. Both have fast shipping and good customer service. I have ordered live goods from Petsolutions before and they were great. One coral didn't make it and they sent me a new one at no additional shipping.

  3. Does anyone know of an honest and good Roofing company? The high winds have blown a small section of my shingles off and I need them replaced tomorrow when the wind dies down.

Call Tony Craft from Craft Roofing. He replaced our roof after the '09 hail storm. He's based out of Williamson County. My realtor recommended him and I was pleased with his work. Good guy.

My husband owns one. Laursen Roofing 487-4906. Several realtors in the area use him because they know he does good work at a reasonable price. If you have any questions, PM me :)

  4. Does anyone know if any of our LFS stock and sell Tim's Waste Away Reef or do we need to order online? If online, where have you found the best pricing to be?

I could be wrong, but I thought I saw it at Aquatek. You might try calling them to confirm.

      Amazon has it, Prime too.

  5. Added another reefer to the family today. My 11 yr old daughter has been bugging me for a reef tank for months and my wife has been the one saying "no". Yesterday, she gave in and I was able to give my 29g Biocube to my daughter for her Bday. This also opens the door for another QT tank down the line as that was my QT...

  6. We are off to the British Virgin Islands tomorrow for a week of catamaran sailing and snorkeling... Kid Free, as Grandparents are coming to take care of them while we are away. Nothing like swimming in God's reef tank to really enjoy the sea life and dream of what else I want in mine.

  7. I have 25+ years with Freshwater tanks including Central & South American cichlids early on and then breeding African Cichlids the last 15 years. In the summer of 2010, I started getting the itching to experiment with Saltwater and figured I would start small so I purchased a 29g Biocube in Sept 2010 and have become an addict in just 6 months. I am now saving $$ to convert my 180g to Saltwater..
