Hi , what do you need to be "better" about your new CUC? just curious. Maybe i need one too.

Also, their recommended clean up crew for my 75 gallon is for like 150 snails and 22 hermits. seems like overkill? i probably have 10 snails and 6 hermits right now. Does everyone think i need that much? or do people usually get like half of what they reccomend?

also. have you seen their group buy setup. might help if you get al ot of people interested?

I'm positive that it is the same acan, they are the only ones that I have ever fragged. Small frags typically look different than larger colonies when it comes to acans, you will have to wait for it to grow out some to look like my pics of the colony.

Hey, I think I'd like to use my RO/DI for drinking water too. Is your split out before the DI?

Thanks for putting the group buy together Mad Reefer. I ended up getting a 75gph 5 stage RO/DI unit with the drinking water system and 5 gallon storage tank for $200 and a couple reef saver rocks which are super light and will up the void I had at the top.

Awesome deal. Set it all up 2 days ago and had a little hiccup which luckily I caught and remedied but now I'm enjoying 75 ppm drinking water rather than the 550 ppm which comes out of the tap (which we didn't drink from). I will do my first 20% water change today since now I can do it whenever I want and don't have to schedule a trip to the LFS.

Give them a call and let them know your intention to order on tuesday with the group. ( i will be submitting the form tonight) they will be able to tell you when they expect them to come in. I think they keep pretty low levels of stock on hand for many things, but they seem to get more in relatively quickly.

We should have access to the lowest pricing during our group buy window from tuesday the 22nd to monday the 28th. If we , as a group, want to buy an out of stock item that does NOT become available in our group buy window, I will request an extension of that pricing from them for that item when it becomes available.

I dont know if they will be amenable to that request, but i will happy to make it on behalf of the group.

If it turns out you cant wait till BRS get it, please try to place the order with one of the other site sponsors we have.

Also, don't sweat the group order. we have enough people to proceed if you need to drop out.
