      Tell me about it! Now I have to go to court Florida to get the writ of eviction. This is messing with my LED money!

      Took us over 60 days to evict a renter at our apartment in CO. The laws there provide so much protection to renters. There's almost no way to physically remove a renter from a property even after they've been evicted and the court has ordered them to leave.
