  1. I'd like to trade for some softies. Colorful Zoas and Mushrooms that I dont already have. Right now I have A blue and a couple of green mushrooms. My zoas are watermelons, pink zoas, eye of rah, a few different green zoas. Im also looking for nice rics. Let me know what you want to trade. And remember I paid 70$ 7 months ago, now there are 3 new heads and 14 or 15 heads all together. A mixture of stuff would be awesome but its not necessary. Call me or pm me. 5125903192-kris

  4. Ok it says to add 1ml per 4 gallons of each part every day to start. I just changed my water(5g) about 30 minutes ago so I'm going to wait a couple of hours and test ca/kh and see where I'm at then. They way it has been going after a WC is my ca/kh rise to 400/7. I'd like it around 420/9. Am I on the right path? Grrr why the hell am I so confused right now.

  5. Hello, I just bought some B-ionic Ca buffer system and this will be the first time I've dosed anything. I've just started stocking my tank with mostly softies, but a friend gave me 3 small sps. I checked my alk/ca today and they are...Ca-360ppm/Kh-107.4(tested 30 minutes ago with api). I used the reef chemistry calculator and it told me i need to add 19.3 ml of Alk supplement and 75 ml of Ca supplement. I know I need to do this over a period of time. Any tips on how to get started as im still sort of confused about all of this. Thanks

  6. Thanks everyone. I kinda torn between a shrimp and the chemicals. How hard is a peppermint shrimp to get out of your tank if needed? Do they go well with a banded coral shrimp or an emerald crab?

  7. I was looking through my tank this morning and I noticed an Aiptasia growing out of one of my rocks. I have done some research and it looks like using NaOH would be the best choice. I was just wondering if anyone on this forum has ever used it and if so, how did it worked out? Also, is there any other method that I could use to be more efficient in getting rid of these unwanted pest? Thanks for your time.
