I am looking to sell or donate my 250 gallon tank and all the wonderful accessories, corals, and livestock. I have contacted some hospitals in the Austin area with one possibility, but am looking for other ideas. Does anyone know of a business, doctor's office, school, library, institute, etc., etc., that might be interested? They would have to bear the cost of moving, but for a $15,000 system, that's not bad. So, any ideas would be appreciated. Maybe you would like to upgrade? I can be contacted at 512-863-9851 or [email protected].

Dave, sounds like you are moving kind of fast with your tank. Maybe kick back and check your losses and read alittle about the livestock you you are thinking about getting. I live in Georgetown and would be glad to loan you some books to check out and see which ones you like before you add to your library. I know how exciting it is to get a new tank but with reef keeping "what you don't know kills" So sit and and let your tank mature for awhile. Just like cooking a new recipe, never perfect the first time. By the way My husband and I enjoy your resterant as offen as we can. Judefish

Help!!! Deltec PF501 started this morning to make strange noise and moved it around, unpluged it, repluged in still sounds like somthing is vibrating some where either the pump or something inside but the tube you blow in is clear. Medium was changed out in Dec.07 Don't know about the CO tanks still running if this will be a problem. Hank thinks the pump maybe the problem but He had catract surgery 3 days ago and can't see what the ### he is doing. Any sugestion what needs to do to keep tank stabe till Monday at least. thank in advance Judith and Hank

I'd love to see some interesting color zoas at the swap. Anyone planning to bring some?
By the way, those Candy Cane frags I'm bringing are an awesome neon green! I'd like to get cash for them though, so I can send it to Amy. I'll pay cash for zoas out of my own reef fund. I'd just like to keep them separate.
PeeperKeeper I would like some of the awesome neon greens and I hope for colorfull zoons also. MNCNA X1X WAS GREAT!

Andrew, thank you for hosting the meeting I will be there and if Hank is finished play golf so will he. What can we bring ? And please except our deepest condolence's on the passing of Mr. Puff. We try to rescure them to a better home and it does not always work. Mr. Chewie is swimming with him right now in that perfect reef....Judith

You can paint it with Krylon fusion spray paint for plastics. It is reef safe. You might have to touch it up every once in a while, but it won't take much paint to cover egg crate.
Black egg crate great info. Headless! you have been hiding your light under the sump. You are on a roll with these tanks. I am ready to tag the crates. thanks for asking the question and getting a quick answer. Judith

Thanks for the suggestion. I think Kingfish Aquariums put one there, but I'll double check anyways.
