one more thing, it says HID ballast on original. I did some research and bought me an electronic ballast. It shouldn't matter right?

unfortunately I don't know its mfg, I got it used from another person... I checked the bulb showing 250w double ended, and I bought an IceCap ballast but it doesn't fired...
