chiu
So, I bought a used sump and realized even though it fits into my stand, it does not give me much room for maintenace. Does anybody know of someone or somewhere that can help me cut about 4-5" inches off the top of the sump? I also want to add another divider or two so that I can add a fuge. Thanks in advance! chiu

Derek
+2 for professional work. A laser saw or light saber would work... too bad they don't exist.
+capty99
Derek - we actually mean Prof the member, as in that's his name. He can build you an acrylic tank so he's got all the supplies

+Hydro
You should use a table saw with a blade for fine cutting. These saws are used to cut plywood for cabinets (for example) and I have used this type saw to cut acryilic several times. Fairly simple to do, would take longer to set it up than to cut it.
