I have an intake manifold for my chevy 305 engine, and a bolt that holds the thermostat housing onto the manifold snapped off. I need someone to drill a nice clean hole in the bolt, so I can put a screw extractor into it. I will supply the bits as well. I'm trying to find left hand cobalt bits for the job. Already had a coworker try welding a nut to the bolt, but that didnt work for us. I can assist you to drill it, or if you prefer, i can drop the manifold off to you so that you can work on it as time permits.
