I came home today wondering why some of my zoas were closed and after further examination it seems I have zoa eating nudibraches. This problem just came up today, should I freshwater dip it? how do I address this problem without butchering my zoas?

Peroxide dip IIRC? Google it (or do we have to say "alphabet it" now?...) and you should find instructions. Iodine dip probably couldn't hurt. You will have to do it every day for awhile to catch them all, and to catch any 2nd wave pests from eggs that they laid.
