Radion Gen 2 to Gen 3 Pre-defined schedules

So I was looking through the pre-installed schedules that EcoTech provides on ESL. I was thinking do these vary between what generation radion you have? I'm thinking they don't but I might be wrong so really no matter what generation you have you're going to be running the same color scheme even with the addition of new LED colors. In this case is there really a benefit from going to gen 2 to gen 3? Or does the benefit come when you make a custom schedule, in my case I have a custom one as well that I've had great growth with, If I was to send this to someone who had a generation 3 would it make adjustment automatically so keep the color correct but just make corresponding changes to the other LED channels or would they be set to 0?
