qualified customer(s). You will need to purchase the MP pumps at regular
retail price on our website, then submit your rebate form to get you

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:

· Customers
who purchase multiple VorTech pumps will only need to submit one (1)
attached rebate form but will need to identify all serial numbers
purchased and also have valid proof of purchase for all units.

Rebates are valid on VorTech Pumps purchased between 11/29/13 - 12/2/13
through Premium Aquatics. (WE ARE REGISTERED AND QUALIFIED BY ECOTECH

· The rebate is limited to a maximum of 20% of the sale
price of each VorTech model purchased. Please note that sales tax and
shipping costs will not count to towards the rebate.

The rebate mail in period will end on Tuesday December 31, 2013. Please
