PeeperKeeper Posted July 13, 2006 Share Posted July 13, 2006 One of my close friends just told me today that her fiance, also a good friend of mine, gets to hang out with Lance Armstrong and two of his other friends when they go to the Tour de France next week! He gets to ride in a helicopter with him and everything. I thought that was really cool. My friend (the one who's going) is a serious, but not professional, cyclist. Having read Lance's book (at least the first one) I think he's probably a major jerk personally, but you gotta respect athletic ability like his and the determination it took to come back from the "Big C" like he did.
