Mendez Turkish Chili (This is my original)

1.25 Lbs or 2.5 Lbs of ground turkey (from breast tastes and looks better)

1 Can of Hunts Garlic and Herb Pasta Sauce (HEB)

1 Lbs (can) of Bush's original baked beans (for 2.5 pounds of meat I like using 3 Lbs of beans)

Montreal Chicken Seasons (Grillmates? HEB)

1 Bag of Tortilla Chips Santitas or Galidad (HEB)

Brown turkey with Olive Oil or water if you prefer and season generously (let it rain Montreal)

bring to a low heat and add the beans and pasta sauce stir and let simmer for about 15 mins on low

Optional everytime I make this its always different depending on what I have

Black Olives (pitted-medium) soaks up flavor

White Rice (serve over a bed of rice and then eat with chips) Jasmine or Parboiled

Oregano, Valencia Orange Peel (Montreal already has some, when i make it hotter I add more orange to help to stay sweet) Crushed Red Peppers, Cayenne Pepper

Top with mexican blend cheese

Hot Shot (Red and Black Pepper Ground)

This recipe by itself its not hot so feel free to add your hot sauce of choice or favorite peppers.

Everyone I've made this for remembers it. Its my signature dish.

When i make Ribs (pork or beef) I cover with Bullseye BBQ Sauce overnight, set the oven to 200'F and let those sweet baby blossom, and every thirty minutes I baste them over and over again. When there done the meat falls off the bones, then I was them and give them to the dogs. To get puppy bellies
