With 3/8" glass it would have a very high safety factor around 4.5 which is overkill. If you want it to be reef ready 1/2" and 1" holes including bulkheads would be $25. On overflow cover would be $25 Metal stand would be $175 without paint, $200 painted. I can actually make it any size you want if you are interested. I'm building a couple tanks soon and was just about to post that I was looking to build a few more at the same time. I have a thread that I documented a 300 gallon tank that I built that is being used right now at my office if you want to take a look.
