polarbear
Is there a way to repair scratches on a glass tank? I have some on the inside of my 90 gallon.
Pailines
I believe attempts to erase scratches can result to structural weakening of the tank. I would advise against it. Glass is extremely hard to scratch, but when it does, it stays there like a chin-pimple.
Mr Cob
lol... chin-pimple. Keep the scratch clean and it won't be that noticeable, especially if you have some great corals and fish to look at!

kbrandt
I purchased a used 260 gallon tank off craigslist by just pictures alone sent shippers and when it got to the house it had ALOT of scratches in it. Needless to say i was pissed and was about to just junk the tank cause im picky about what goes in my house. I decided to make a call to a guy in houston to come down to victoria and buff out the scratches. The Company did an AMAZING job but he said if the glass is thine its hard to do because of heat issues my glass is almost an inch thick on the tank. I now have it up and running with about 300lbs of liverock and a 4 inch sand bed. No distortion in the glass was very happy with the turn out and it only cost me 125 dollars for him to drive 2 hours to come fix my tank
