GKarshens
Took some more macro shots tonight: Lastly can anyone ID these for me? I won them in an Eric Borneman frag pack at MACNA.
+ACampbell
Those are some really great shots. I especially love the macro of the eye. Is that a limpet?

GKarshens
It is a Conch. I actually need to find him a new home. He has been venturing up the rocks looking for food. My sand is too clean!
KarenM
It is a Conch. I actually need to find him a new home. He has been venturing up the rocks looking for food. My sand is too clean! If no one else can take him, I will. I have 2 conch snails, but I rarely see them so I'm guessing they're OK down there.
GKarshens
Sorry he is spoken for. I would keep an eye on yours. 2 in a 40 will eventually not have enough to eat. I have a 125 and mine is looking for food. I have 2 starfish and a Goby he is competing with.

Civlor
How do you take pictures so close and in focus? My camera blurrs out when I try on my tank.
GKarshens
It is not easy. It takes having the right equipment and a tripod or steady hand. If you have an SLR camera or one you can set the shutter speed 1/60 of a sec is the slowest you can hand hold and not get shake.
