It took forever for me to breakdown my biocube. Part of it was laziness, part of it was waiting for a new tank to cycle so I could keep Ralph, my South American Puffer. I ended up giving him to Melissa and he's a lot happier. I was going to try and switch my 8g SW custom tank and the 29g FW Biocube. Kind of confusing and a big hassle. Let alone the 29 was on a table and the stand for it was on the opposite side of my office. Once I broke it down, I had to clean and reorganize my office. I was at the mercy of my lovely wife, who graciously helped me knock it out in a few hours last Sunday afternoon.

Then, in a comedy of errors, I was unable to get live rock for it for a couple of days. FINALLY, I seized the opportunity on Wednesday and Craig at Aquatek helped me pick out some choice pieces of vanuatu live rock. I had a 5lb piece already in the 8g, so I only had to buy about 13 more pounds. I'm ignoring the pound to gallon ration and leaving more swimming space for the future residents. I had a lot of fun rockscaping and I built a little cave in the back. gallery_1393_253_895748.jpg
