Derek Posted March 13, 2011 Posted March 13, 2011 I have several small flatworms in my aquarium. They are really small, probably about 5 millimeters long. I would like to get rid of them naturally so I do not have to fish out my invertebrates. I know that most invertebrates are susceptible to high levels of nitrates. Does anyone know if flatworms are susceptible to nitrates? If so, how many PPM will kill them. I figured I could run with some high nitrates for a few weeks without any bad affects to my fish or corals. I know that nitrates can stunk coral and fish growth. I have done quite a bit of reading on the nitrogen cycle. Quote
