It Is basically just the tank, but I have the refugium light and pump included too. I Have a Sunlight supply 2x24w T5 ready fit retro with 2 bulbs that are about 6 months old- either Blue Plus or aquablue special- and a new Actinic White bulb. The bulbs do have individual reflectors Text me at 508-2953 if interested, I can meet at River City Aquatics on Saturday if needed. I am located in Georgetown.
