nemirn
Looking for a koralia nano pump I have a brand new Koralia Evolution 750-- sealed, never used, for $35 (I just called the igloo-shaped LFS who are selling it for $50). I use both Evo 750's and Nano 425's. The Evo 750 is a much better pump, in both design and quality. The Evo 750 has a vibration dampening platform. The Nano sticks directly to the glass. The Evo 750 can be mounted in any orientation. With the Nano, you pretty much have to mount in in 1 orientation, because the power cord is so thick and rigid. The Evo 750 can be tilted, swiveled without any fuss. The Nano only allows a few degrees angle. Any more and it will either spring back or the pump will POP OUT of its suction housing, requiring the annoying task of removing/replacing the suction cup and reattaching the pump-- too much hands-in-tank time. In any case, the new "Evolution" revisions are better than the older Koralia 1,2,3,4, and nano Edited October 16, 2010 by nemirn
