Want to trade one, used Aqua Logic CY-5 1/2 HP Cyclone Drop-In Coil Chiller and Aqua Logic TR115SN Single Stage Temperature Controller for 1/3 or 1/4 HP Aqua Logic Drop-In Coil Chiller and Temperature Controller. Estimated capacity is 300-500 gallons. Unit tested and still charged with refrigerant.

The recommended flow acros the coil is at least 900 gph. The 1" durso overflow on my display is restricting flow into the sump. Love this chiller, fairly quiet!

You can put that coil inside a 2" or 3" PVC tube. You leave it open on one end (this is the end that the coil will slide in)...and on the other end add a PVC bushing to reduce it from 2" or 3" down to 3/4" thread, install a 3/4" hose barb there. Get a 1000 GPH min submersible pump and place that in the sump, hook up the pump to the PVC tube with a 3/4" hose...plug in the pump and you increase the efficiency of your chiller considerably. I've done this before, this will get you the 900 GPH recommened by the manufacturer.

The reason they recommend that is b/c the chiller will not be as efficient and may cycle on and off to frequently. If the chiller is maintaing the temp in the tank w/o running to often you really don't need to do anything, it won't hurt it if its not cycling on and off to much.
