Do you do web site work?

I've got a client who has had nothing but bad luck with web designers/masters and they are looking for someone to maintain their site for now with a future re-design.

That being said, I'm looking for someone who:

- Does web design for a living, as their full time job

- preferably works for themselves

- has a good eye for organization

- knows how to not just design sites, but market them as well

- actually does what they say they will do

- has references
