I've had so many people call "dibs" on stuff, to turn around and never show up. They're not sold until I receive payment or a firm commitment to meet someone. It never hurts to have a back up plan, that is why I'll put "pending" and not "sold" until everything is finalized. I just mainly read here and don't post much and didn't realize I couldn't edit my posts after a certain amount of time.
