Derek
I recently got a blue spot toby. I really like him but he does not like my zoanthids. He ate about half of my zoanthids before I realized that he was the one that was eating them. I have him in my sump now and would like to setup a small tank that is just for him and maybe my dottyback. Would a 14 gallon biocube be big enough for a blue spot toby? Would I have to get a protein skimmer if I am going to be doing 5 gallon water changes each week? Would running carbon be enough?
+Hydro
I had the EXACT same thing happen to me, mine ate $100 worth of zoanthids in about an hour. I moved mine to a 36 gallon refugium and I feel like that is barely big enough for it, I don't think that 14 is near enough water.
