tank pending halide pending

like today i'm selling my halide to someone at around 3-4 and then another person called asking for my halide and tank he said he could show up around 12-1 i would much rather sell both to the second buyer, but since the first buyer contacted me first, and i am not having to hold the halide for more than a day, i will just hold the halide for the first buyer. it's all just depends on the sellers prefference of how much and how soon they need the money, but it is vital that they establish this with the customer as soon as they can to avoid any frustration

it's first come, first served, when i'm the seller. unless it is in the same day, holding an item for a couple hours never killed anyone. i'm sure most people don't want to have to look at what they are trying sell for days, but instead sell their item asap. but if they do end up selling it before buyer A can pick it up, then all you can do is notify buyer A asap and letting them know that you need the money now and that buyer B was more convenient. and if they get pissed, who cares. You as the seller deserve the convenience of a quick sale

i gotta quit this hobby for a while, til i start making more $ so i'm selling my complete set up for $240 or just let me know what parts you want. -Custom acrylic 20 gallon tank (20"L x 15"W x 16"H) with a built in external overflow(2in drain)-$140 -175watt hamilton metal halide fixture with ballast and bulb (used for 2 or 3 months)-$95 -10 gallon sump (has a baffle knocked down, just needs to be siliconed again)-$5 -Mag-drive3 pump-$30 -all the plumbing-free -Koralia 1-$15 -Maxi-jet 600-$10 (i'm also willing to make trades on any of these items, i'm looking to get another tank so let me know what you have, even if u have a tank that doesn't hold water) and here's what else i'll throw in if you take the whole set up, otherwise just name your price and it's yours -the ugly 2"x4" cinder block stand i had my tank on -4, 5 gallon jugs -a 36", 96watt Power Compact light fixture, that needs a new ballast -a standard 10 gallon aquarium -a 2.5 gallon aquarium -the body of a Coralife super skimmer -fish food -and several coral supplements

here is some more pics remember i am still up for trades on any of my items (looking to get another tank) let me know what you have, i don't want a standard 55gallon,10g,20h,20l,29,common size etc. but maybe somthing like a 50tub,40breeder,65g,75g,etc (it is also fine, if your tank doesn't hold water*)
