I've got a large chest freezer for sale if anyone knows of someone that hunts. It's older, but works great...about 4 feet long and at least 2 1/2 feet tall. I can fit at least two of me in it. I posted on CL also, but haven't had any hits. We're moving before the end of the year and I need it gone. Only asking $50...

If you haven't been out there, this would be an excellent excuse to go. Matt has an awesome shop with plenty to choose from.

I always make up my water and it sits in a 30 gal container fro topping off. I have never tested the pH, but I have seen no ill affects in my tank.

I would go with the eheim. Almost no noticeable heat increase in mine and the flow is excellent at almost 6'

Actually San Marcos is a great place to live. I think for those raising families and wanting to get away from the noise of downtown bars, it is much better than Austin. I hate the mess of rush hour traffic in the morning!!!!

Actually straight water is a little corrosive. But the addition of the DI boosts it a little more.

Do I hear $60??? I really hate to let it go but I want those clowns in the rbta and I'm worried the open brain will soon suffer the consequences if not moved!!!

I have a huge piece of this beatiful coral that my clowns are currently hosting in. The problem is that its getting a little to bi and its fighting with my open brain. Plus I really want my clowns to host in the RBTA. So I am willing to let this guy go for $70. It very large with about 7 nice size heads on it.

I know aquatek use to carry the polyp lab stuff, but I think now its anly a special order thing because it's too expensive to keep in stock. I want to try it to get rid o some pesky bryopsis patches.

im looking at trying to get into an internship this summer with some sort of aquatic fishery. I really do not know where to start looking. this is not exactly name brand stuff where i know of companies off hand to go and look into. does anyone happen to know of commercial food fish farming that goes on? companies i could contact. i know some universities do work in water testing but i plan to go into the field of working on a farm so I was hoping to work as close to that as possible.

Try some of the fish hatcheries from TPWD. There is a state one and federal one in San Marcos.
