I have a volitan between 7 and 9 inches. i have had him since i set up my first tank in november last year. i started out wanting fish and reacently got into corals. i need smaller fish to keep my tank clean and he doesnt like small new fish so i have to get rid of him. he eats all kinds of frozen food (big) so you dont have to worry about keeping feeders, even though he loves them. i paid 90 for him from aquatek so give me a number hes worth to you, i dont know what price to put on something i love so much, but i cant have him AND have my tank the way i want it to look. i may trade for something i need like,1800+ gph pump, refrigum w/light, insump skimmer for 150+, haha maybe so. my computer is down so i can send a picture any time to a phone or email so pm me if your are interested.

Achilles are pretty there purple and yellow but they also get up to 7 or 8 inches. And you don't want to add one unless you already have fish or they will become teritorial if no other fisk are already there

I can post a pic later tonight. I don't know a lot about lights yet but it is a 10000 k and a double ended bulb. If someone wants a picture now I can send one from my phone to an email or number

I have a 150 watt metal halide retro setup. The reflector is 8.5 - 6.5 would mount easily in a canopy. Im looking for a decent watt 24" dual power compact to trade for. This light works great it just heats up my water too much in my 20 gallon. I live in marble falls so i can meet almost anywhere in austin since i go all the time to get everything for my tanks.

Is this an all in one unit? I had a problem where in the back of the tank the spill over to the return pump was generating bubbles. A small layer of sponge filter cleared it up.

Theres no bubbles going into the tank, there just rising out of the sand and stiking to all the rocks

I just set up a new 20g tank two weeks ago. I used rocks from my 120g and dead sand, but every since day 2 there has been air bubbles all over my rocks and coming from the sand bed constant all day everyday. I have a skimmer biowheel and korilla head in the tank. Are these bubbles normal?
