i have a pc with a quad bulb that would fit a 10 0r 20 gallon. Bulb has like 2 weeks on it I paid $80 for the bulb at rca. $60 fot fixture and bulb.

do you remember where i stay? off of slaughter.

ive got a toadstool frag and what i thought was a kenya tree but im hearing it might be a Palau Nepthea. the last pic is an old one from when i first put the two corals in the tank. let me know if your interested.

From my understanding there is many different Nephtea from many different places. The Palau Nepthea is Nephthea from the island of Palau. IMO you can not just look at nepthea and know its from Palau. You would have

to know who you got it from so it can be traced back. Just my thought tell me if im wrong. I have some Palau Nephtea that was very expensive because it is Nepthea from palau ( The only reason I mention it is because once this colony gets fragged out several times and then all the sudden (unlike you instead of people saying I think its Palau it may be sold as Palau and I would just hate to spend the money for nepthea from Palau with possibilities its just Nepthea from some where else where it is plentiful). Again just my thoughts when I read this. If any body knows more about it let me know. Maybe if J_G ever gets on he can give more info or maybe even addboy. The person the original colony was purchased from should know if its Palau Nepthea.

The ballast should say the wattage on it.

It never makes it in any of my tanks or sumps. Not sure but I think that stuff may like mH light. The only tank it was doing ok in was my main display until the tangs found it. Anyone have any secrets? It would be nice to be able to have some of that. I like the color better than the other macros.

I have a piece that came from J_G it has a lot of little polyps as well. I believe that all that is around here is from the same original colony. They are very nice looking coral. That must be some awesome lights or something to get that kinda spread on that piece very nice.

Only on this club could we get away with talk like this.

That's why this club is so great. Everyone can have fun without having to break one of the million rules of some other clubs.

Why do you want to get rid of it? Does it cause any problems in the tank?

I have a frag of fluorescent green mushrooms.

They don't look all that great w/ my lights when on the bottom.

There's a photo of the mother colony closer to the lights that show how they look under better lighting conditions.

Will trade or just give away.

I also have a hemisphere of galaxia. It's about 5 in. across.

It's been happy the entire time I've had it (4 mo.).

But, it's too big for my tank and I don't like the look of it just sitting there in the sand.

Warning: It puts out 4 in. sweepers.

I paid $60+.

Will take $40 obo or trade for something nice.

Will bring to meeting if there's any interest.

I plan to be there around 11.

But, can't stay long.

Those green ricodactus are nice in the right lighting.

I will be bringing some purple digi, red digi, green poci, cactus pavona, pink and purple birdsnest, small frag of neon green birdsnest, catspaw, green monti cap, brown with purple polyp monti, blue tip acro, and some wysiwyg frags, and some zoas, and more. I will be bringing a good number of frags but would rather arrange trades at the swap ( I will be open to lots of trades if everything everyone else has is not promised out already).
