  1. Unfortunately I got the last bucket. Butt they always carry it in stock, plus they got a cool store to surf around in. If they do not have it, Carlos, or Randy will be more than happy to see if they can get it for you. Butt everytime I asked them to get something, they get it. Try them out. LMK

  2. You will not regret it. That is some GREAT salt. When I switched to that salt I noticed a better quality of the tank conditions, not to mention that it dissolves realy quick.

I realy like this salt, and it seems that it is alittle more consistant than some other brands of salt(IMO).

LMK how it goes for you.

  3. I looked this morning butt did not see it. Butt I did just move the whole tank around so maybe it came out then. I do not know how that got in there butt like I said it isn't there this morning. Thanks though. Changeing the rock all around probably added to the stress as well. I mean I changed the WHOLE design. Those 2 clams are new and am watching them closely.

  4. I showed my friend that link, and he is going to get one for his nano(10g). It has been a time comeing for them to get a hide away chiller for nanos. He said thanks for the link.

  5. Yes I have a 6 foot tank. I have a TUNZE wave box, as well as a TUNZE Jetstream(non controllable), and TUNZE Powerhead(7140?). I also run a mag 18. I have the controllable powerhead plugged into my wave box converter. That way they both turn on and off at the same time to create a massive wave. I have the jetstream faceing the wave box, and the mag return faceing the wave box, and that thing still produces waves. Do not get me wrong some adjustments to the frequency have to be made butt nothing speacial. It still wants to spill waves over the edge.

I have always owned a TUNZE, and always will. They make top notch stuff that no one can compete with. It would be a good move. I was thinking about an ocean motion, butt came to the conclusion that if you are trying to conceal plumbing, etc then the TUNZE is the way to go. The OM would require some plumbing and since you are trying to hide everything this wouldn't work. Plus the plumbing takes up critical space that your sump, and fuge could use.

Sorry I will step away from the keyboard butt I hope this helped any.

  6. well see this fuge will be my future prop tank and will have plenty of flow going through it. Like 600 gph, and I have a tunze powerhead in there as well. I just wanted to run the lines once and was figureing that it would let the frags grow like at bat out of hell. Butt by the skimmer seems the best. Thanks.

  7. does it produce alot of bubbles?

Maybe the inlet of this skimmer is clogged? Check the inlet to see if you can hear a sucking sound comeing from the venturi inlet hose. If so it probably isn't clogged butt checking it might help. Hope this helps.

  8. Just wanted some opinion on this. I have a fuge that drains to the display tank and was thinking if dripping in the fuge instead of directly in the tank would be a good idea. The reason why I thought this was that if any kalk power did get into the tank it would land in the fuge instead of on a coral. Just curious, that is why I would like some opinions on this. Basicaly I just thought it would catch any impurities before it hit the main tank.

    Thanks for any input.

  9. you can cut back on the feed inlet of the reactor, that should lower it. Butt you could probably just set the skimmer on a object that would raise the whole skimmer of of the bottom of the sump/floor. That will deffinately lower the level inside of the skimmer.. Does the skimmer have a line on it saying were the water level should be?
