Alright, I'm getting rid of my current fixture to upgrade to a new one Its only about 2months old, and the bulbs are the same I bought it for about $110, then with the added on expense for the bulbs, about 160$ I'm hoping to get around what i payed, or at least 100$ heres the link: http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod...mp;pcatid=19759

Alright, as a lot of people have noticed, ive been posting alot about how to make my tank better and such I was wondering if it would be worth the upgrade for my 48" T5 Glos to something stronger for coral growth I dont know if id upgrade now, as money is low, but im just wondering (feel free to offer an exchange if your looking to downgrade )

I find this whole thing very confusing, because while i do have a bad algae problem, and need to get rid of it, im not sure how to dose my 55 gal correctly. i dont want everything to die

I've got an old single bulb 40 watt light strip for trade. Its a good begginer setup, and can even sustain some corals with lower light needs such as mushrooms. Any cool frags would be appreciated. PICKUP ONLY!!!

how much would i dose daily for a 55gal tank? Ive read up on it abunch, i just cant find those instructions. and is it neccesary to turn off filters?

Hey, I've had a few corals for about a month or two now, and while there not doing bad, there not really growing. Like, for instance, I have some polyps that respond to light and all, but havent had any growth what so ever. Is there anything I should be adding? I'm starting RO/DI next week. I just want them to grow off of there rocks, and onto mine.
