  1. cool to see something truly different! great set up. i have an idea for a tide pool tank were you would have an oversized sump where almost all of the water would go for low tide, then pumped back into the tank for high tide. stock it with anemones and urchins and snails, maybe a couple of blennies.

  2. i recently took down my tank, and now have about 100 lbs, and that is an estimate, that i need to get rid of. it's mostly fiji rock that i've had for 3-4 years, there's a little branch, and a few nice shelves. $3/lb. i will be in austin on saturday, so i could meet you somewere convenient to 35.

  3. ok, i'm not too computer savvy. it took me a couple of hours just to figure out how to get those pics posted on maast. i don't know how to create a link either. i know this might sound unbelievable for all you techies out there, but i don't spend my life, or make my living in front of a computer screen. i though some members here might be intereted in some of the items that i have for sale, so i did what i could to let everyone know what i have. if you find it too troublesome to click over to maast to check them out, i'm sorry, i guess i'll just sell them to others. seriously!

  4. i would say it's about as big around as a baseball, i still have them both. i'm not interested in trades, i'm only getting rid of it because i'm breaking down the tank.

  5. i have a 60G cube that i'm in the process of breaking down right now. it was built up back in january, mostly with pretty nice equipment( tunze top off, 3 tunze 6025's, deltec MCE600 skimmer, coralvue 250W DE halide + PC's, and moonlights). it has an in tank sump, or false wall in the back, were i hide all the equipment and a fuge. it cost me about 2200 to build, i'm asking $1000, and for that, i'll throw in test kits, salt, substrate, and whatever i have lying around. LMK

  6. sorry i don't have pics right now. maybe this evening i can post some. the small one is deffinately a BTA, it is a clone from one that i had for about 3 years that i traded away several months ago. i didn't even know this little one was still around untill i started moving things around the other day.

  7. i have two bubble tips for sale. first is a ~medium sized RBTA, it's a clone from bill streep in SA, very nice color-$70. second is a tiny pink tipped green bta, about the size of a half dollar, perfect for a nano-$15.
