You need a little more light than what you have...I had 2- actinics and 2- 10K's in my 36" fixture when I had my 46g...I have the same amount of lighting over my 55g in a 4 foot fixture and they are doing well...I would take out the PC's and use that room for more lighting. I know the Pettit's have one of my rbta's under t5's and it is flourishing.

Mine are under T5's and are fine...how many T5's and what size tank?Is it a 46g?

Oh my gosh!! I have to admit something here....I was shell collecting on Marco Island last week...I put a whole bunch of shells in my collecting pouch they gave me at the hotel...I took all my shells and put them on our balcony so I could go get more...when I came back a couple of hours later, they was a baby octopus that must have been in one of the crevices of the shell...it wandered across the tile and unfortunately, it was too late for me to save it...I felt HORRIBLE!!!! I had no idea he was in there....
