Lol sorry for all the posts didn't know if it sensed them.

It is the actinic light that I cannot get to work. The bulb is fine and so are both ballasts.

It is the actinic one that is not functioning. The bulb works though tried it out on another slot and my ballasts are both fine.

It's not ballast bought a new one. Not bulb either because it works in the other slot.
