The Dallas Fort Worth Marine Aquarium Society is proud to announce our annual conference. Every year we host 4 speakers in a friendly environment with a major raffle This year; James Featheree will be speaking about clams Dustin Dortin and ORA will be coming out to tell us about the aquaculture industry (what has been accomplished as well as what is in the works) Sandy Shoup will be discussing the tiny life forms in our sandbeds. This is the official announcement that the next meeting is set for Saturday the 16th at 1 p.m. It will be held at the house of Jason aka Enigma13. 11716 Hobbiton Trail Austin, TX 78739 Directions We plan on hanging out and checking out Jason’s tank. He mentioned that we can check out his DVD “While You Were Out” that has some of Kingfish’s television premier! There might be a short discussion on fluke tabs and dipping procedures depending on who makes it and who want to discuss it. ; ) Please post if you plan on attending. Everyone is welcome to bring stuff to trade or sell. Hope to see everyone there!

Thanks guys. We've come a long ways from the old HTML files I created back in college. For a club that's only 8 months old, I'd say we're doing pretty good. Does anyone know how to set up a cron job? If so, PM me cuz I need some help.

I had a nano chiller on mine for a few months. My fan went out on it one day and no heat was exhausted. Temps went up to 90. Luckily I caught it before anything died. After that I ditched it. I put a bigger fan in the canopy and I achieve much cooler temps with it than I ever got with a chiller.

Those look good. One of the concerns I have is that the blue tang will be replaced soon as we are in the process of getting a new logo. We might wait until the the new logo moves to production then design the cards around that logo. On that note, do have have any good ideas for a logo? if so post them here or submit them to [email protected] They should be 180px tall with a width of about 110px It will appear on a white backgroud so no rough edges.

I think its a good idea but I feel that there is too many logistics that would have to be covered. I personally wouldn't have enough time to work on it. Anyone else have any thoughts about it?

Does our group have any clown fish breeders. Most clubs usually have at least one. ; ) I looking to buy 3 extra small clownfish. perc or ocell - doesn't matter Also, I can trade for a 6 line guaranteed to eat flatworms. LMK
