Hello everyone. For those of you who missed the open house, I created this advanced tutorial video to walk you through the LED configuration process. It dives a little bit deeper into the science behind the charts, so I am going to create a shorter version for the basic tutorial.
Enjoy!

Yes, we can have a second tour for the club. Let's pick a date soon, so we give everyone enough time to save the date.

We want to thank everyone who attended our open house on the 13th. Between ACL and the UT game, I know you had other options for your Saturday afternoon
We hope you enjoyed your time here, and we hope you learned something new about LEDs and the manufacturing process.
We appreciate your suppport, and I'm looking forward to seeing more of our fixtures on your tanks!
As always, contact us with any questions about your project.

Yes, there is a lobby, and we are still small enough that you can easily find the group. We will start the tour at 2PM, and If you do come late, you may miss out on some of the discussion. I know many people are heading out for ACL right after the tour, so we plan to be done by ~3PM.

Hi Kevin. The web developers made some code changes today, and Firefox and IE9 are now working correctly for me. Chrome was also improved, but the drag-and-drop method is still a little quirky on Chrome. They have to be in the right position before they will drop into the spot. Clear your browser history & reload the Configurator page and let me know if it is working better now. I will let you know once they debug the Chrome drag/drop sensitivity. Thanks!

Thanks, Mike. We were blessed with a little boy, and everyone is healthy and happy

Hello everyone. We launched the business on Friday at MACNA, and I had my first child on Monday morning. Needless to say...it has been a long week! Very exciting times
I really apologize for the bugs on the Custom Configurator page. I am working with the web development team to identify and remove all of the little bugs in the code. The back-end calculations to the custom LED page are really sophisticated, so we apologize for the bumps in the road. Send me a message if you find anything that looks funny.
We are looking forward to hosting everyone at our facility on the 13th, and we are very thankful for your support of our new business. We are very excited about the business model, and I am glad you guys like the concept.

Hmmm... The video is working here in our booth. What is the error message?

The updated DNS settings are still propagating throughout the Internet, so it is also possible your server has the old information. However, everyone should have access within 24 hours. Let me know if you still have problems accessing the site.

PS - You may need to clear your browser history to get to the site. It is working live in the booth

Hi guys. We had a DNS server issue last night, but we are up-and-running now. Sorry for the delay!
