I have about 70 in the canopy and it took me a couple of hrs to build

I'm thinking about building boxes in the top so that they set down in the canopy and thank you

Well I built the stand last days off so I got the canopy done this week I used 1x2 for the frame and 1x3 and 1/4 red oak "plywood for the front and sides I made the front to pop off for feeding and maintenance will put the top on when I get the less that I want so that I can recessed in the top

Thank you it wasn't as bad as I though it was going to be and I only have around $150 -175 in it and only because I can't cut a strait line lol

I have a couple of aquarium I um stand if anyone wants them and some other stuff in garage and old 250w mh light

IIter looking at new stands to buy I decided to build my own.this being my first time I have tried to build I watched a lot of YouTube videos to start with.

I used 2×6 for the frame and put it together using a kreg pocket hole jig and wood glue

I built it a little high 36 inches tallbecause I wanted to see into the aquar without bending over Lolthen I skinned it with 1\4 Birch plywood

the hardest part for me was building the doors at first but after I screwed up 3 or 4 it wasn't that bad

after sanding it down I presprestaine it

and used black stain on it I guess next days off I will build a canopy for it now if I could just figure out how to upload the pics
