What is the problem with putting live rock and having a DSB?

I am very interested in your tank. I cut out the old silicone on my 90 gal bowfront (prior to reading your problems). Resealed it last week and have let it dry and set for 9 days. I plan on filling the tank tomorrow to see if it holds.

I am looking forward to getting it if I can find the sensors for it.

I contacted Neptune to see about getting the probe's/sensors and this is what they said.

"The only module they we still make that is compatible with this device

is the DC8. We no longer make the temperature probes for it, and any

pH probe with a BNC connector should be compatible."

Any ideas on where to find the temp probe and do I need any other module?

I wanted to know if anyone has had or has used an aquacontroller II. I am looking at buying one that is only the head unit with no sensors. I wanted to see what you thought about the controller and what sensors I will need and where to get them.

I got this from someone else who broke the bottom glass. I tried to fix it and thought I did, but it started leaking this weekend. No hood, light or pump. Its also been modded to be rimless. I am pretty sure I know where the leak is I just don't have the time to mess with it.

I just got back from the coast (Galveston) and the shrimp are everywhere. My kids were picking them up on the shore. We had about 20-30 of them....but one of my kids broke my container and we had nothing else to put them in.

If he doesnt show Ill take it.

I am out of town till Sunday. If you have any left at that time ill take some.
