  1. If your tank has been up for 3 weeks then it's ready for any type of zoos lol. Zoos are hard to kill and no skimmer allows more waste food for them to absorb. Well alot of my stuff are name brands. You may want to try local stores that have the plain jane ones for you to try out? But believe me, zoos are hardy and take alot of punishment! They are the last thing to croak in a tank. -Joseph
  2. It's always better to have a insump skimmer. I'm using a coralife 220 super skimmer in mine. If you don't have a sump, ofcourse any hang on will work .Just one skimer is recommend but also optional. I recommend the coralife after using it for some time and it's working perfect!! -Joseph

  10. I just want to say Thank you to everyone on ARC to help raise donation for Steve at Horizon. I'm happy that this club supports its sponsor and a fellow reefer in a time of need. This club is getting bigger and stronger as time go and more local indivuals show case their beautiful tanks. One of the biggest perks for me is meeting fellow "Reef Adddicts" and sharing the love for the hobby "aka money pit" that I will gladly toss in..lol -Joseph Will be attending with Wifey <--- not reef addict but fishy fishy addict.
