Hello again, As I mentioned in my earlier post my wife and I are moving to Austin in the near future so that our daughter can go to the deaf school. The problem is that we don't know anything about Austin and don't know anyone who lives there. Can you give recommendations on areas to live or NOT to live, good school districts (we are also adopting a child who is not deaf), and if you know which ones, the schools that coordinate with TSD? I would also appreciate a recommendation on a good realtor in the area. Any information you can provide will be welcomed. It will be hard for us to make many trips as we currently live in Lubbock. It is nice to meet all of you. The adoption of our little girl is actually the second we are working on. She is from Liberia and our little boy is from Guatemala. Neither one are home yet. Hello Everyone, My name is Scott and my wife and I will be moving to Austin sometime early next spring (with any luck). We are in the process of adopting a little girl who is deaf and will be moving so she can to go to the deaf school. I kept a reef tank for a 2 years but recently had to dismantle mine due to a move to a smaller house. Once we move to Austin I look forward to starting again and getting involved with your group.
