Looking for a 150 gallon or bigger tank. 

I said I'd never own a another fish tank but my family surprised me with a smaller tank and my heart is right back in. I had 120 wide saltwater tank that I had rebuilt myself and while I was deployed my ex wife sold it. It's been 6 years and still hurts to this day. Unfortunately I can't afford anything new so I don't mind diy or piece by piece. I am a disabled veteran so I do have time on my hands. I have been saving up. Anyone know where I can get a decent size? Thank you for your time and God Bless

I bought the Ultralife Ultra-V VHO UV Sterilizer (40 watt) very nice and easy to use. Everything seems well made and ive had it over 7 months now and nothing has worn down or started leaking. I got it at marinedepot and i think you can only buy replacements like the bulb from the manufacture.

wouldnt a mag 12 create enough flow if plumbed right for a 90g?

Your going to hear alot of personal opinions when it comes to UV sterilizers. I have one and it helped alot. To make it effective... I think it has alot to do with placement, brand, wattage and flow. Ill find out what brand i have later but its amazing. Timfish helped me with my purchase and I dont regret it!

lol you guys crack me up. vortechs are expensive but im starting to hate koralias. Mine either freeze, or run backwards. (even with upgrade) Wish there was something between Koralias and vortechs

did the snails come from a private owner or a fish store?

Do anthias need to be with other anthias or can the be happy solo? Ive been wanting one for a while now and I havent added anything to my tank in over 7months!

thanks everyone. My wife managed my tank while i was gone. Only lost what a few things and it was expected, and yes lots of algae to scrub and need to buy 6 new t5 bulbs and 2 vho's

dont think ill ever buy new again. i bought the sro 3000 skimmer and it took me a month for it to break in right.
