      CO2 scrubber? I have been looking locally too. Airgas off burleson said they have some but thats the only other place locally I could find it.

      That is the plan. BRS has some, but it is like 8lbs. I found a better deal, but for 37lbs. I don't think I need that much for my little 20g...

  3. Enjoying having time off to research. Recently read an article about the proper way to calibrate refractometers. Realized my refractometer was 2 ppt high

      Oh yeah, knew that one. Thought you had some new news. Not to be flippant. I just recently read something about most refractometers are made for brine and not SW and therefore off a few points; like .002 or something around that.

      This is based on that as well. However, if you calibrate it using the 35ppt solution, it does not matter whether the refractometer was made for brine or saltwater
