+mcallahan
Mhart- the warranty doesn't hold for aggression of tank mates: "If your deceased animal goes 'missing' or gets 'eaten', we will not provide a refund. Many missing animals are hiding and are not deceased. It is your responsibility to provide proof of the deceased specimen." tate1- give it time. I've had zoas that didn't open up for weeks. You could also try moving it around to different flow/lighting and see what happens. If they turn brown, let me know. reefman - I'll let vivid know. reefman
I found my Porcelin crab dead this morning, so now that's two out of the four. I'll take a picture and freeze it too. Stephen
+mcallahan
haas lost his flasher wrasse as well. Vivid has refunded the $ so PM me to let me know if you want $ back, or if you'd like to try again next order (end of sept-ish)
reefman
I guess I'll just take the $$ and decide on the next order if I want to try again. so for me it would be $8.99 for one Emerald crab and $8.99 for one Porcelin crab ($17.98).
