+mcallahan Posted July 4, 2009 Share Posted July 4, 2009 I snagged another DC-8 and I tried adding it (daisy chaining it) and my AC III doesn't see it. I've got it plugged into the right ports (control out) on the 1st DC 8 and below are my jumper settings on the 2nd DC-8 as well as my program. After all this, the AC III doesn't see the second DC-8. I unplugged it, did a self test, etc. I swapped out the control (phone) cords between the two and both cords work. Some of the plugs on the second DC8 are on, but some aren't. Either way, the AC III doesn't see the second DC-8. Not only do you have to setup the new DC-8 as all new timers (give them names), you have to give it SOME kind of command, even if it is for it to always stay on.
