Paul
Karen went a bit overboard when ordering a cleanup crew - DF&S had a deal on free overnight shipping apparently. Anyways - she got a bit too many! What does one feed hermit crabs, peppermint shrimp, bumblebee snails and such when there is a dearth of flotsam and aiptasia in their new home? Right now about all that is in there is a few bits of golden brown diatoms from the initial cycle on the tank. -Paul

Don't feed too much because you want your peppermint shrimp to eat the aiptasia. If you really want to, you can do a little bit of any type of fish food like mysis. They love that stuff! Very little though.

But not to often or to many mysis could get sucked up by the filter, unless you shut the pump off while you feed.
