fishypets
I had this rare beauty but don't recall if I fraged it. I'll try and dig up a picture later on but if you have it please let me know. It was one of my favorites.
fishypets
Here's a picture from 05. Its hard to tell from this shot but the polyps are blue and the tips were highlighted in neon yellow/green. That along with the unusual growth formation is what made it a fave of mine. And I almost forgot......If anyone sees a teardrop maxima like this one let me know!

cmanning
I'm not sure but I think I got that tri-color. I acquire the main colony from Gabe, then some friends of ours decide they also wanted a frag......so we split in half. I'll try and post a pic to see if that's what it is. fishypets
Gabe did get a frag from me as I remember. The coral has green to bright green polyps and has purple tips. From what I rememer it grew fast too. Post a picture if you can.
cmanning
Okay....I need your help. What is the difference between a Tyree Bali Tri-color and valida? are these the same coral or do they look different. If anyone remembers the tri-color that was at Aquatek in their main display tank, this is the 1 in. frag I got around 3 yrs. ago. This is what it looks like http://www.austinreefclub.com/uploads/1173...0_5_1621529.jpg Sorry about the reflection, I try my best. This the best I could capture........it's way at the top and hard to take a good shot. I'm debating whether to bring it halfway down where I'll be able to see it, since I'm short. The main colony I bought from Gabe is this one http://www.austinreefclub.com/uploads/1173..._40_5_97930.jpg
princer7
LE Tyree Bali Tricolor: This is the mother colony from Alicia/Slojmn on Reef Central. I picked up a frag from her of this one..... hope it grows up to be nice like hers.

Yup.....that's the coral I got from Gabe. It has double in size and it's starting to shade some of the corals.
