GKarshens Posted April 16, 2006 Share Posted April 16, 2006 I bought an Orange Spot Goby about 2 weeks ago. I went thru the whole drip acclimation and introduced him to the tank. He settled to the bottom and went and hid under a rock. Later that night I caught a glimpse of him moving sand out from under the rock. That was the last I saw of him. He just disappeared. Last night I open the stand to pour in some top-off and their he is sitting on top of the return pump in the sump. It's been over a week! I don't know how he did it. He would have had to wiggle behind the screen on my overflow hole, go thru the plumbing, navigate the skimmer section, and then thru the bubble trap! Anyway, I caught him and moved him back into the display. He went and found a cave. Resiliant little fish! He has earned the name Whoudini.
