mFrame
I know that a lot of members here previously purchased from Reefs2Go. Many of you had store credit that became unusable when they transitioned over to their new name/site/entity at Aquarium Depot. Aquarium Depot has approached me about sponsoring the club again. I explained to them that before they can do that they would need to compensate those of you who have unused credits. They have agreed and I believe they sincerely wish to do so. They said: We are definitely interested in correcting that issue for those members - Those Gift Card Credit are still able to be used... However, here is where the issue lies... They will not "work" on our new site as those Gift Card numbers are linked to Reefs2go.com. If you can provide me a list of the Email addresses for those members and the Gift Card numbers linked to them - I can get those transferred to our new site for you and them. (Please send to [email protected] OR ask the members to email us at He[email protected] to get that personally corrected for them.) I don't want to rehash or discuss them as a company, this isn't the time or place to bash. Our moderators will remove any such posts. I am interested in giving them another chance as long as our members who were harmed are made whole. To that end, if you previously had a credit with Reefs2Go and were unable to use it, please post here and mention the amount of your un-used credit. This will let us assess how prevalent the problem is, and prepare a list to send them. If you would prefer to keep your business private you may of course contact them directly. If you do so please PM me and let me know so that I can add you to my internal tally. Additionally, if you contact them directly I would like to hear feedback on how they resolved your issue. mFrame
Lots of views, no comments or replies. I'm leaning toward accepting them back on a trial basis by perhaps doing a group order to compare notes after.
Jonathan Gonzales
I'd like to be part of the group order. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Jonathan Gonzales
I see a ton of bad reviews but I also see some good ones. I'd like to give them a shot and see what happens. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

As always, buyer beware, but it would be interesting to hear of your experience if you choose to buy.
Sascha D.
FYI. Aquarium Depot told me they no longer do group orders because of the complexity of it. The organizer will have to make the full order and collect payments from the members locally.

reefmagix
They were great for cheap quick clean up crews. There prices were unbeatable but I think it usually arrived in 2 days for most of those packs. I ordered many of them and most of them survived and did well. Was sad to see them shut down for a while. Fortunately I never spent more than 50$ on a single order so I had little if any store credit.
